Welcome to Griswold Elementary School!

Our vibrant school community is home to nearly 700 students from Preschool through Grade 4, and we couldn't be prouder of what we've built together. The heart of GES beats strongest because of our incredible families with your dedication, generosity, and active involvement creating the united spirit that makes our school special.

A Unique Campus Experience

Sharing our campus with Griswold Middle School and High School gives our students something truly special: the chance to learn alongside older peers and experience the excitement of cross-grade collaboration. Every year brings new adventures as students and teachers dive into engaging subjects with enthusiasm and curiosity.

We know that when children feel safe, valued, and emotionally supported, they thrive academically. That's why our Social-Emotional Learning approach runs consistently from Preschool through Grade 4, creating positive classroom environments where every student can succeed. Through our "Kindness in the Classroom" initiative, we nurture respect, caring, inclusiveness, integrity, responsibility, and courage in every hallway and classroom.
